What our customers say

What our customers say

Manan

Founder, Neynar

"Web 3 development is definitely more global than I'd imagined it to be. Since we enabled [Loop] crypto checkout, we've had a double digit impact on developers signing up using crypto vs. our usual Stripe checkout only. Highly recommend."

Paul

Head of Venture, Alchemy

"When it comes to crypto payments, Loop is the way to go. Their product makes it easy for companies and projects to start accepting crypto payments in minutes."

ENS Steward

ENS DAO

"Loop saves me more than just time, it saves me the anxiety of doing it incorrectly. If I didn't have Loop, I'd be spending 5 more hours a month coordinating, confirming, and sending payments."

Kareem

Founder, Entendre Finance

"Loop helped us retain Web3 native teams whose accounting processes were even further streamlined by allowing us to collect using their desired stablecoin.

Loop also helped us close our fastest deal, by sending an invoice and letting the customer send us USDC."

Max

Head of BD, Privy

"I would never have a customer pay with crypto outside of Loop.
Keeping everything consolidated is important and Loop integrates with Stripe, which is amazing, definitely, if not the most important value prop among them."

Carl

DyDx DAO Contributor

"Gone are the days of chasing multi-sig signers for every transaction. With Loop, we schedule transactions to automate our payments with ease."

FAQ

How does Loop work?

Loop works similarly to traditional payment processors but uses a smart contract layer to process transactions on chain. Loop ingests requests to bill or pay a wallet and then processes those requests after checking that all validation and security parameters are met. You can read more in our documentation to learn about how Loop provides trusted and flexible payments (docs.loopcrypto.xyz).

What tokens and chains do you support?

We provide support across EVM chains and Solana. In terms of EVM, we support all ERC-20 tokens. We currently support Optimism, Base, Polygon, Arbitrum, Ethereum, and BNB Smart Chain. For testing, we also support Sepolia (Ethereum testnet) and Chapel (BNB testnet). We can support any EVM chain. Please reach out to us if you'd like us to add support for new networks.

Do you have payment notifications?

Yes! We send receipts and payment reminders.

Do customers need to lock up funds?

No, Loop never custodies any funds. Loop works similar to a debit card - funds are moved at the time of payment.

What if the customer doesn't have enough funds?

Loop does all the hardwork of ensuring a payment occures so you don't have to. Before a payment is due, we notify the customer if their balance is too low. If the issue isn't resolved by the due date, we send a webhook to the company notifying them of the missed payment. We will keep attempting the payment method until the company directs us to stop.

Who pays gas?

Loop pays all gas fees to process a transaction. The paying wallet only pays to control the authorization it provides to Loop.
